Building a business from one product

We started with a product and nothing else. I help with marketing, sales and sales scripts, cost decisions and analysis, customer acquisition and research — plus whatever else the business needs that week.

It's the same skill I used as the robotics team's business director, at a bigger scale: a good design only matters if someone can pay for it, build it and use it.
